We have developed, since the change of ownership of Bangalow Real Estate - at the end of 2009, an enviable reputation in offering an exceptionally efficient and professional Property Management Department.

Whilst  the business offered a very basic service in the past  through the employment of new staff, upgrading of all our equipment and technology,  and the implementing of the latest systems available to the industry   we now offer an excellent service to our Investors and Clients giving our landlords -peace of mind. 

Kimberley is a local with family connections throughout the Northern Rivers area and has a wealth of local knowledge to support this role.  Kimberly has experience in Byron Bay, Ballina and Lismore in managing properties with a loyal following of valued clients. 

This combined with the wealth of experience and knowledge in the property market brought to the team by our Principal – Mary O’Connor gives us the ability “to be a cut above the rest.”  We manage a wide range of high quality residential and commercial properties in the local area ranging from executive rentals, rural farms, apartments, land adjistment, studios and family homes.

When giving your rental property to us you can expect a diverse range of services including property appraisals, professional photography and utilising excellent marketing techniques including advertising in local newspapers, internet portals and our in-house rental list which is distributed to potential tenants on a regular basis.  We organise property viewings on a regular weekly basis, including weekdays and Saturdays to ensure potential tenants are able to view your property.  We perform all reference and background checks for potential tenants and always strive to have all our properties rented by quality tenants as soon as possible.  We ensure properties are vacant for a minimal time saving you money on maintenance and increasing your return – making your property a more attractive investment.  We are members of TICA and ensure that we do not lease to tenants who have proven to not be satisfactory or responsible.

We have a system for nurturing quality tenants with excellent references who are looking to rent and match them with our properties.  We have also developed a tenant requirement database which details the needs of potential tenants (local, interstate and from overseas) and the type of property they are looking for in the area. We particularly enjoy matching up potential tenants with rental properties as soon as they become available and pride ourselves in an absolute minimal vacancy factor for our owners – which we are regularly commended on.
